How to navigate and features that can be found on the Dashboard.

The DASHBOARD gives you an "overview" of your account's performance. To access it, you can click the Aloha logo at the top, left-hand side of the screen!

On this page, you can track stats on text messages, feedback, and reviews.

In the top right-hand corner, you can adjust the reporting period. Once the date range is changed, the stats will adjust to reflect those specific dates. 

Clicking EXPORT will create a file of the data in the date range displayed AND immediately email that data to the Receipt Email on file.

At the bottom of the Dashboard, you will find total stats for Feedback Requests sent, received and posted, as well as stats for Users/Providers. Also, you will be able to see all the customer reviews that have been posted on Google, Facebook and Yelp!

For Google & Facebook reviews, you can respond directly from the Dashboard by clicking on the orange "Reply" button underneath EACH review.
