🧭 Steps to Change Your Password
If you're ready to update your Administrator password, follow these steps:
Click the Gear Icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner of your Aloha account
Select Settings
Scroll to the bottom of the page
You’ll see a section labeled Administrator Password
Enter and confirm your new password
Be sure to click ✅ Change Password once completed!
🔒 Password Requirements
To protect your account and your patient data, all admin passwords must meet Aloha’s security standards:
Minimum 12 characters
At least 1 uppercase letter (A–Z)
At least 1 lowercase letter (a–z)
At least 1 number (0–9)
At least 1 special character
(Example: ^ % $ # < * >{ })
🔁 Reminder: Aloha will prompt administrators to update their password every 6 months to maintain account security.
