If you would like to adjust the wording of the Feedback Requests, the responses, and the follow-ups you can go to the FEEDBACK tab > SHOW TEMPLATES page.

Here, you can click into ANY template that you would like to change and make the necessary adjustments to the verbiage. 

Once you make the necessary changes be sure to click SAVE underneath the template!
