How often do you want feedback requests to go out to your patients? Aloha provides the option for you to update the frequency of when these should be sent.
Feedback Frequency Settings:
In the FEEDBACK tab > FEEDBACK SETTINGS page, you can change the frequency of when the Feedback Requests are sent.
By default, Feedback Requests are sent 1 hour after the patient checks in for their appointment and no more frequently than once every 30 days.
The default settings are recommended as this frequency has proven to work the best, both for patients and offices; however, if you find feedback from your patient base once every 30 days are too frequent or their average appointment lasts longer than an hour, these settings can easily be adjusted to suit your needs!
