When you add a New Appointment Type to your Patient Management System (PMS)/Electronic Health Records (EHR) it can take up to 24 hours for that New Appointment Type to be reflected in Aloha.
If you book ANY appointments with that NEW appointment type, the appointments will show up under the correct patient and reminders will be sent according to your current settings.
It can take up to 24 hours before the functionality is available for Campaigns, to Adjust Scheduling Settings, and Feedback Settings. Please make sure to book a test appointment with the new appointment type, to ensure it reflects in your Aloha account.
