Getting your patients to self-schedule through The Scheduling App or on your site through the portal is not only going to alleviate call volume and additional tasks for your staff but also, get even more patients through the door! That being said, patients will need your unique Clinic ID and/or Patient Portal Link to schedule on their own.
To locate both you can go to Scheduling>Mobile Apps
From here you can also change your clinic ID or patient portal URL.
This should only be changed if necessary and if patients don't currently use either for scheduling.
If you do make any changes you will want to communicate that with patients or they will use the previous clinic ID/portal URL as they will not be able to schedule.
