Step-by-Step Instructions
Path A: Aloha (app.getaloha.com)
Log into your account at app.getaloha.com.
Click on Settings.
Click on Apps in the left sidebar menu.
Locate the Clinic ID under the Aloha Scheduling section.
To retrieve your Patient Portal URL, log into the Legacy platform at app.reviewwave.com and follow Path B below.

Log into your account at app.reviewwave.com.
Navigate to Scheduling > Mobile Apps.
Locate your Scheduling App Clinic ID and Scheduling Portal URL.
⚠️ CRITICAL WARNING: Resetting or changing your Clinic ID deactivates the previous ID immediately. Patients will be unable to schedule appointments until they update their app settings with the new ID.
