Need to send out a campaign to just one contact? Look no further! You can add a single contact in Aloha to both a Manual or Event Campaign.
How to Trigger a Manual/Event Campaign for an Individual Contact:
1. Go to the CONTACTS tab > SHOW CONTACTS page
2. Search the patient’s name in the search field provided (top right)
3. Click the contact name to access the Contact Settings page
4. Under the Campaigns section, select the campaign in the dropdown menu
5. Click the Start button to trigger the selected campaign for that individual contact
