How to Add an Image to a Campaign Template

Sometimes, adding a picture to a message can make a text or email feel more personable, especially, when sending out an automated one! You can add your favorite image to an appointment reminder or maybe a funny image that is sent out when a patient misses an appointment to capture their attention.

To add an image to your campaign template:

  1. Go to the CAMPAIGN tab > SHOW TEMPLATES page

  2. Click +Add Template or click into the template to update one that already exists

  3. Next to Image click “Choose Image” to select an image you have uploaded

  4. If you have not uploaded the desired image, just click +Add Image

  5. Click Save

Another way to add an image to a campaign template would be done directly in the campaign:

  1. Go to CAMPAIGN tab> SHOW CAMPAIGNS

  2. Click into the campaign you would like to edit

  3. Click into the step under the CAMPAIGN STEPS

  4. Under "Action", select send text or email and click into the template you'd like to edit

  5. Select the "Edit Template" option on the right in blue

  6. The process will be the same to add and save the image to the template

  7. Once done, you will need to re-select the edited template

  8. Make sure to click "Save Campaign Step" before exiting
