We know how important it is to stay on top of incoming messages from your patients. We also know that you can't always be in front of your computer to see every message when it comes in. We have you covered there because you can get an email alert when a text message comes into your Aloha account and has not been viewed for a certain amount of time!
To do this, go to the Gear Icon >AUTOMATION page. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see the section "Texting Automation". You can turn this feature on by enabling the toggle switch. You can also edit the length of time that an incoming text needs to be "not viewed" before it sends you an email alert. There is also a field with your email address listed, you can change this email address if you need to.
Don't forget to hit the "Save Texting Settings" when you are done to make sure all your settings save!
