If you receive a large amount of messages a day, it can be easy to miss any important messages that come through, especially when you are out and about. The provider app allows you to filter through your inbox similar to the provided filters within the desktop version!
How to Filter Conversations:
Go to the Conversations Page where you will see your currently open conversations.
You can also search for patients using the search bar at the top of the screen.
Click on the Magnifying Glass to switch between search fields.
This will include filtering by date, conversation, or phone number.
3. Lastly, you can switch between Users' conversations. All you need to do is click on the "person" icon (next to the magnifying glass).
