Setting notifications for the provider app is beneficial in keeping you up to date on any incoming conversations from your patient! Rather than waiting for the next time you are at your desk to respond, you can do so directly from your phone.
How to Adjust Notifications:
You can adjust the notification settings by clicking on the SETTINGS icon on the bottom right of the screen.
You can turn ON/OFF push notifications sent to your phone, reset your password, and enable/disable Touch ID and Face ID directly under settings as well.
