Stay in control of how and when youâre notified, so your phone only alerts you when it matters most.
Open the Aloha App on your smartphone
Make sure youâre logged in with your provider account.Tap the âSettingsâ icon âď¸
Youâll find this on the bottom right of your screen.Manage your notifications
In the settings menu, you can:Turn ON or OFF push notifications
Get alerts when a new patient message comes inâor silence them when you're off duty.Reset your password
Quickly update your login if youâve forgotten it or need to change it for security reasons.Enable or disable Touch ID / Face ID
Make logging in faster and more secure using your phoneâs biometric settings.
â What to expect: Your changes take effect immediately, and youâll only receive alerts based on the preferences you choose.
