The Scheduling App is a great way to give your patients the freedom to schedule and track any upcoming appointments, while also, being able to communicate with the office directly with just a click of a button!
How to Register:
To register for The Scheduling App patients will need your Clinic ID
If patients do not want to download the app they can also go directly to your patient portal page
Both Clinic ID and Patient Portal URL can be found under Scheduling>Mobile Apps .
Once The Scheduling App is downloaded they will need to enter the Clinic ID. This will not be needed for the patient portal.
3. After they enter this Clinic ID they will need to agree to the terms of service and verify that they are scheduling with the correct clinic.
4. Next, they will fill in their first name, last name, phone number associated with their contact information on file, and choose their desired password.
The information must match what we have on file. For example, if they are in your system as "Elizabeth Smith" and they try to register as "Liz Smith" then it will NOT match and they will NOT receive a token. The phone number should also be their cell number.
5. Once completed, they will select "Request Access Token".
If the patient is OPTED-OUT of texting then they will NOT be sent a token. They would need to text START to your office number to opt back in.
