If a patient would like to RESCHEDULE an upcoming appointment have them download The Scheduling App! Not only will they be able to track their upcoming visits but also, schedule, reschedule, or cancel based on your preferences.
How to Reschedule an Appointment:
On the Appts page have them select the appointment they wish to reschedule.
2. Next, click on "Reschedule Appointment".
3. The previous appointment type will already be selected, have the patient select the provider and date/ time they would like to reschedule to.
4. Lastly, they will need to confirm the day and time they would like to schedule and click "Schedule this Appointment".
5. The patient will receive a Success Message upon completion!
