So, you want to give your patients the freedom to self-cancel their appointments? The first thing you need to check is that the capability to CANCEL an appointment is turned ON in your account!
How to Enable Cancellations:
1. Go to SCHEDULING> SETTINGS and make sure the switch next to "Cancel Appointments?" is Enabled.
2. Once that is done, the patients will have the ability to CANCEL an appointment using the Scheduling App.
SCHEDULING APP INSTRUCTIONS
If a patient would like to CANCEL an upcoming appointment:
They can click on "Appts" in the bottom left of the screen.
On the Appts page have them select the appointment they wish to cancel.
3. This page will have the appointment details and they can CANCEL the Appointment.
