How Patients Can Report Issues with The Scheduling App

If a patient is experiencing issues within The Scheduling App, the best way for Aloha Support to take a further look into what the patient is experiencing is to have the patient report the issue in The Scheduling App.

How to Report in the App:

  1. If this happens, have the patient open up the app on their phone, and click on the "Settings" button on the bottom right of the page. 

2. On the "Settings" page scroll down to the bottom and click the drop-down under "Report an Issue" where patients can select their issue.

3. Once reported, a notification will be sent to our team where we can dive into what seems to be occurring.
