Sometimes things happen that can cause your Patient Management System to stop communicating with Aloha. This can happen if you turn off your Server Computer over the weekend, If you experience a power outage, or if you lose your internet access, etc... If this happens, you may be able to get the communication restarted on your end by following these steps:
To reconnect your Aloha account go to your SERVER computer and click the "Review Wave Bridge" icon on the desktop.
The configuration window will open, and you will see a blue SUBMIT button. Click the Submit button, you should receive a success message. If you don't receive a success message, give us a call at (800) 563-0469.
