Follow these steps to create your campaign:

The appointment has passed
It was not marked as "Attended"
The configured message steps will send based on your timing selections
You can monitor campaign activity from the Contact’s profile under their Campaign section.
🎉 You’ll Know It’s Working When:
You see active contacts in the campaign list
Messages are automatically sent post-missed appointment
