Tag Applied Campaign

Categorizing your patients may be necessary, especially if you have interacted with them at a special event or maybe want to be able to track progress from a specific procedure.

A Tag-Applied Campaign will help you do just that and more! It is used to send a message to patients as soon as a tag (indicator) is added. This works very similarly to the Manual Campaign.

To build a tag-applied campaign, begin at the CAMPAIGNS tab> SHOW TEMPLATES page and click +Add Template in the top right corner. Once in the campaign builder, under "Type" select "tag applied". Next, select the tag you would like to use, you can select "-add new tag-" to create a new one.

After, clicking Add Campaign you can now set up individual steps by clicking +Add Step. This can be further customized to send out particular messages based on your preference. For example, if you'd like to send out a text in regards to an in-office promotion you are offering, you can create a string of messages to send out including a coupon or link to schedule a discounted visit.

When the campaign is fully created, you can then add the newly built tag to your contacts to start triggering the message steps to be sent.
