Recording a voice message, when using the answering service feature, will provide a more personalized experience for both new and existing patients. Follow these next steps to set up those custom messages for your patients:

  1. Go to the gear icon at the top, right hand side of the account and click Phone.

  2. Under the Answering Service section, you should see "Current Contact Message" and "New Contact Message".

  3. Under each you will need to dial the number provided and input the code given.

  4. You should be able to record your message after the tone. Once completed the message will appear in your Aloha account.

Another option would be to record a voice memo or message on your computer directly and upload the file directly into the message itself. You can do this by clicking the "Upload File" option next to the Answering Service options.

*If you'd like to test the recorded message on your end, you can dial the "Aloha Phone Number" within your account and hear the message based on being an existing or new patient.

Once you are happy with your voicemails, CLICK HERE to learn how to activate your Answering Service!
