Tired of having to search for the medical insurance payers individually or not knowing what medical insurance a patient may be covered by? With Aloha you can search payers, in your network, to best optimize your patient eligibility results!
How to Add Payers:
Select "Medical Settings" on the left-hand side.
Use the search bar to type in the medical payer of your choosing.
Select the payer you currently accept and click the "Add Payer" button on the right-hand side.
Select the NPI number you currently use in the office to run billing.
(Optional) If you shorthand or use a different name for the insurance within your EHR, add a tag under the payer name to best optimize search results.
Example: "United Healthcare" may be abbreviated to "UHC"
