To run a manual "Medical" search in Aloha:

1. Click the Eligibility Search button in the upper left

hand corner.

2. Select the "Advanced Search" option below the name fields.

3. Enter the patient's Last Name, First Name, Date of Birth, Medical member ID, and Medical Payer.

4. Click the "Search" button.

5. Patient results should appear once loaded.

6. Click on "View Patient's Medical Details".

  • You should see a pop-up that entails their Plan Coverage. Here you will be able to view the Family/Individual Deductibles, their Stop Loss Deductible, if applicable, and their Co-Pay/Co-Insurance to easily get the information needed!

  • You will also see other categories on the left side such as Chiropractic, Dental, and Optometry. While all the Plan Coverage will show the Deductibles and Copay, these sections will show benefits that apply to those specific services including if they are eligible for a Routine Visit.
