How to Verify Campaign Steps for Specific Patients

Checking the progress of a campaign for your patients is not only simple but, also beneficial in ensuring all steps are being executed!

How to Verify What Steps Have Been Triggered:

1. Go to CONTACTS> SHOW CONTACTS

and search the specific patient name you'd like to verify steps for.

2. Under the contact record, select the tab labeled CAMPAIGN

.

3. A list of campaigns the patient has been added to should be listed. Click the HISTORY

button next to the campaign you'd like to review.

4. From here you should be able to see:

  1. The steps within the campaign

  2. The status of when or if the step was run

  3. The date it was scheduled to run

  4. The date the step was performed
