How to Check If a Campaign Was Triggered for a Patient

You can check if a Campaign was triggered for a patient in two ways.1. You can go to CAMPAIGNS > SHOW CAMPAIGNS > And click the Person Icon on the right of the Campaign you think the patient should have received.

This button should show you the list of patients that have been added to this Campaign. If the patient you are looking for is not included in this list, then the Campaign was not triggered for them.2. The other way you can see if a patient got a specific Campaign is by going to CONTACTS > SHOW CONTACTS > Click the patient you’re looking for > Click “Campaign”.

This should show you a list of what Campaigns this patient has been added to and when it happened. You can also click the “History” button on a Campaign to see if the steps in the Campaign were completed for the patient and when.
