How to Check Which Appointment Types Are Set to Send Automated Reminders

To check this, click the SETTINGS WHEEL > INTEGRATIONS > Click “Edit Appointment Type Settings”.

Make sure to flip the “Recent” switch on the top right to “All” if you can not find the appointment type you are looking to change on the immediate screen.

From here, you should be able to see if the specific appointment type is turned on for automated Appointment Reminders if the “Reminders” switch is turned ON. In addition, you can use the other columns to determine the following settings:

- Feedback: Should Feedback/Review Requests be sent?

- Patient Visit: Is this an actual patient visit that should affect the stats displayed on the Dashboard?

- New Patient: Is this appointment type specifically for new patients?

- No Show: Can this appointment be missed without impacting the stats displayed on the dashboard as a “missed appointment”?
