How to Send Patients Sharing a Single Phone Number a Single Appointment Reminder

If a client has a lot of families in their practice that come in at the same time, it may be beneficial for the families to only get one Appointment Reminder, instead of each member getting their own.

To do this, click the SETTINGS WHEEL > AUTOMATION > Flip the “Reminder Limit” switch ON.

This should only allow one Appointment Reminder to be sent to the same number on a given day.

- Make sure to let the client know that it will send the one Appointment Reminder for the earliest appointment in the day.
