How to Mark a Patient "In Treatment"

Check in, Outcome Page, In Treatment, Check Out, Appointment Status

Your patient is ready to be seen! Let's get them In Treatment and feeling better! πŸ’ƒπŸ•Ί

There are two ways to move a patient to the In Treatment Column. If you are working as an Office Manager or Front Desk Receptionist, you can simply click and drag the Appointment Tile from Checked In to In Treatment. As a Provider, you will want to find the three dashed lines and select Outcome:

This will bring you to the Outcome Screen where the Provider can fill out the patient's SOAP Notes for the Appointment. The Mark Patient In Treatment button is located in the upper righthand corner:

When you go back to the Practice Manager, you should now see your patient in the In Treatment Column:

And just like that, your patient is on their way to feeling better! πŸŽ‰
