We are all about streamlining and efficiency! ✍🏼 We want treating patients to go as smoothly as possible, so we created a way for you to automatically associate ICD10 Codes and Products / Services to your Macros!

✨Note:✨ In order to associate a Diagnosis Code, it must first be added to your Clinic's selected list of ICD10 Codes. You may CLICK HERE for instructions on how to do this!

To get started, head on over to Settings>SOAP Note Macros>Add New Macro (or open existing macro to edit). Once on the Macro edit screen, you will scroll down right underneath where to add verbiage to Macros.

Associating Diagnosis Codes can save time from searching from your pre-selected list of Codes if you utilize several of them! Once associated, these Codes will pop up under the Diagnosis tab. If both a Diagnosis Code AND a Product/Service are associated with your Macro, the Diagnosis Code will also show up under your Line Item tab!

Associating Products/Services can also assist with streamlining! For example, if you are creating a New Patient Macro, you can associate a New Patient Product/Service Charge to the Macro so that, every time that Macro is used, that Product/Service Charge is added to the Appointment to streamline the Checkout Process. Once associated, you'll find these Products/Services located on the Line Items tab of the Outcome screen!

VOILA! Easy peasy lemon squeezy! πŸ‹
