How to Set Up Walk In Appointments for Kiosk Check In

Do you accept Walk In Appointments? We have made getting these on the schedule easy!

✨Note:✨ Walk Ins are meant to Check In through the Kiosk! You may CLICK HERE to learn how to set up the Kiosk for patient Check In!

To set this up, head to the Settings > Location Settings > Walk Ins. Due to the nature of the Appointment, all that is needed is to have a Provider be automatically assigned to these Appointment Types!

Select your Walk In Appointment Type from the Appointment Type dropdown, and specify the Provider you want assigned to these:

Keep in mind that you can always update the Provider once booked if needed!

And that's it! Click Save and you are good to go! 😎


✨FAQ✨ What happens if the patient already has an appointment scheduled, does that mean they'll be assigned to whatever Appointment Type is already setup for Walk Ins? We got you! The Kiosk will check patients in that already have an appointment scheduled even if it's a different Appointment Type or Provider.
