β¨PSST!β¨ You will need to have your Clinic set up for Walk In Appointments. If you're unsure if Walk Ins have been set up, you may CLICK HERE to view a brief walkthrough on how to do this!
Let's head over to Settings > User Settings > Users.
The Kiosk is a User you will create, just like your own User Profile. This means that the Kiosk will need its own unique, valid email. On the Roles dropdown, you will select Kiosk:
You should receive an email from Clerk to set up your password. Once that is done, you will log into Clerk as you normally would, but using the Kiosk's email instead!
β¨Note:β¨ Please keep in mind, in order to keep sensitive patient data in Clerk hidden from patients as they check in, the Kiosk will lock patients into that screen with no way to log out. Because of this you should only log into the Kiosk from the iPad or tablet being used by patients. If you log into the Kiosk on your PC/Desktop computer, you will not be able to log into the full version of Clerk.
