Replying to reviews tells Google — and every customer reading them — that you run an active business that cares. ReviewWheel handles it for you, hands-off.

On the Reviews page, switch on an AI reply mode and ReviewWheel writes your replies automatically — there's no per-reply approval step. You stay in control of the two things that matter: which reviews get a reply, through the star-rating filter, and how they sound, through the tone personas. And if you've already replied to a review yourself, ReviewWheel skips it.

Posting to Google isn't switched on yet. Right now your replies are being written and saved. Once your Google posting access is live, we switch posting on and your saved replies start going out — nothing for you to do. The Reviews page shows a running count of how many replies are written and waiting.

This covers both. New reviews are handled as they come in. For the unanswered reviews you already have, the backlog catch-up works through them a few at a time each day, spread out with natural gaps — so it reads like a real person catching up, not fifty replies appearing overnight. The catch-up needs a reply mode switched on, and it follows your star-rating filter. Choose Start catching up to begin and Stop whenever you like (anything already in motion finishes up).

Replies go out at natural, varied intervals, on purpose — like a busy owner actually replies. That's handled by ReviewWheel, not a setting you adjust.

In your recent-reviews feed you may see a few labels. Replied means the reply is posted. Pending means Google is still reviewing it before publishing — nothing for you to do. Rejected means Google declined that reply; ReviewWheel writes a fresh version, and it waits for you — choose Use revised draft to send it. Needs reply means there's no public reply yet.
