Replying to reviews tells Google, and your customers, that you're active and you care. On the Reviews page, the AI review replies card lets you choose how replies are handled (running more than one location? Pick a location first). These settings are available to account admins and owners.

AI replies — ReviewWheel writes your replies for you. AI keyword replies — works your target keywords into replies where they fit naturally, on your positive reviews, so you rank for the work you do; this one is part of the Axle add-on (see "Keyword-optimized replies with Axle"). Off — reviews wait for your personal reply.

With a reply mode on, set Reply to — choose All reviews, 3 stars & up, Positive (4 stars & up), or 5 stars only. Then pick a tone from four named personas: Professional Paul, Friendly Francine, Bubbly Beth, or Simple Sam. Choose one and a preview reply to a sample review shows you the voice.

Prefer variety? Flip on the Mix it up toggle and ReviewWheel rotates the personas across your reviews, so replies read like your whole team rather than one person. Each review keeps its assigned voice. Reply timing is handled for you — once posting is live, replies go out at natural, varied intervals, like a busy owner actually replies.

Have older reviews with no reply? With a reply mode on, the Reviews page shows "You have N unreplied reviews" for the reviews matching your filter. Choose Start catching up, and ReviewWheel works through them at a steady, human pace — a few replies a day, spread out with natural gaps. That's on purpose: fifty replies appearing overnight doesn't look like a real person, and a natural pace does. You can choose Stop at any time and start again later; anything already in motion finishes up.

Right now, ReviewWheel drafts and saves your replies automatically. Once your Google posting access is live, we switch posting on and your saved replies start going out — nothing for you to do. Until then, the page shows a running count of how many replies are written and saved.
