Refresh or reload the page.

If it is still not showing, click on Admin Panel--->Publish This Page button. That should fix the issue.

If this does not fix, click on Admin Panel-Permissions button. Click on the link "Add users/role via Admincenter". Once you are on the Admin Center Blue window, click on "Resources" button top. Click on "Channels" button on left. Click on "Publish All Channels" link on the channel screen. You can exit from that window after you click the publish all channel link and check the site after one hour, the issue should be fixed.
