By including an anchor tag within a page, you can place links anywhere in your site which when clicked allow the reader to jump to a particular location of a page.

Steps :
Edit the page and put an anchor tag in the particular area where you wish to browse (Anchor Tag icon can be found in the editor between the link manager and image manager icons)

If you are linking to a spot on the same page, Use the link manager and choose the option Link to Bookmark (anchor) and select the anchor you wish to and save.

The above anchor link only works when you are jumping to a specified spot on the same webpage.

If you want a link to jump a specific location on a different page, you'll need to add #anchor_name after the full URL for the page.
