This also allows you to hide pages from public view

This tutorial will show you the process of securing a page with a password along with adding users to the page so they can edit and view the page.

1. Browse to the page you would like to place behind a login screen and click on "Edit Center Area"

2. Check "Password Protect"

3. Click on "SAVE"

Now, it's necessary to include users on the page to grant them the ability to edit or view its content.

Note: The users mentioned here are distinct from those currently associated with the site and are specifically designated for access to password-protected pages.

4. Click on Edit Intranet Users

5. Click on ADD ITEM

6. Type the username

8. Select "All Pages"

9. Click on SAVE

10. Click on EXIT PAGE

Now you can login to view the content of the page

11. Type "user@revize.com"

12. Type in password

13. Click on Login

14. You are now logged in as the user you created
