The Tasks module is a dynamic tool for creating and managing tasks categorized by due dates. This guide explains the significance of the various filters on the Tasks page and how to use them, along with instructions on converting tasks to address marketing challenges.
Viewing Tasks:
On the task listing page, you can easily view key details for each task:
Due Date: The deadline for task completion.
Priority: Indicates the task's importance level—high, medium, or low.
Assignee: The team member responsible for the task.
Task Status: Shows the current state of the task, such as 'Open,' 'In Progress,' or 'Completed.'
Each task entry also includes an option to delete the task if necessary.
Filtering and Searching Tasks
To manage and locate tasks more effectively, utilize the following features:
Search: Quickly find tasks by entering the full or partial task name in the search bar.
Assignee Filter: Use the drop-down menu to display tasks assigned to specific team members.
Task Status Filter: Filter tasks based on their current status—'Open,' 'In Progress,' or 'Completed.'
Priority Filter: Sort tasks by priority level to focus on the most critical tasks first.

Reset: Clears all filters to display all tasks.
Hide Filter: Use this to remove filter options from view, leaving only the 'Create Task' button and the task list visible.
Creating Tasks:

Create Task Button: Located at the top right of the task listing page, click this button to initiate the task creation process.
Task Details:
Each task includes the following information:
Date Categories: Tasks are organized into categories such as 'Missed Due Dates,' 'No Due Date,' 'Today,' 'This Week,' and 'Later' for better time management.
Task ID: A unique identifier assigned to each task for easy reference.
Channels: Indicates the channel associated with the task during its creation.
Task Name: The title or brief description provided during task creation.
Types of Tasks: Tasks can be categorized as 'Strategic,' 'Optimization,' or 'Manual' to specify their nature.
Priority Level: Represented with icons denoting high, medium, or low priority.
Due Date: The deadline for task completion, which can be edited as needed.
Assignee Initials: Displays the initials of the team member assigned to the task.
