The Tasks module is a dynamic tool for creating and managing tasks categorized by due dates. This guide explains the significance of the various filters on the Tasks page and how to use them, along with instructions on converting tasks to address marketing challenges.

Viewing Tasks:

  • Due Date, Priority, Assignee, and Task Status: Users can see these details for each task on the listing page, including an option to delete tasks.


  • Search: Quickly find tasks by entering the full or partial task name.


  • Assignee Filter: Utilize the drop-down to view tasks assigned to specific team members.


  • Task Status: Filter tasks by their status ('Open,' 'In progress,' or 'Completed'). Open a task to change its status as needed.


  • Priority: Adjust the priority level (high, medium, low) to reflect the importance of tasks.


Managing Filters:

  • Reset: Clears all filters to display all tasks.


  • Hide Filter: Removes filter options, showing only the 'Create Task' button and task list.


Creating Tasks:

  • Create Task Button: Found on the task listing page on the top right for initiating new tasks.


Task Details:

  • Date Categories: Tasks are sorted under 'Missed due dates,' 'No due date,' 'Today,' 'This week,' and 'Later.'


  • Task ID: Each task has a unique identifier.


  • Channels: Indicates the channel linked during task creation.

  • Task Name: Provided during task creation.

  • Types of Tasks: Includes 'Strategic, Optimization,' and 'Manual' tasks.

  • Priority Level: Displayed with icons for high, medium, and low priority.

  • Due Date: The task's completion date is editable by the user.

  • Assignee Initials: Displays the initials of the assigned team member.

  • Amend Task Status: Users can update the status as required.


  • Delete Tasks: The User can delete the task in the options button for each task.


Navigation:

  • Back and Next Buttons: Facilitate page navigation.

The Tasks module is crucial for prioritizing events and supporting team members. It provides alerts based on due dates, simplifies task completion, and tracks pending tasks.
