The Requests page in Revlitix allows Admins to manage team members' access requests to the platform.
This ensures that only authorized users can access your organization's Revlitix workspace.
Understanding the Requests Page
The Requests page displays a list of team members who have requested access to your organization's Revlitix workspace.
For each request, you'll see:
Name: The full name of the requesting team member.
Email Address: The email address used for the access request.
Status: The current status of the request (e.g., "Pending for approval").
Accessing the Requests Page
Log in to your Revlitix account.
Navigate to the Settings module from the left-hand menu.
Click on the Requests tab to view pending access requests.
Managing Access Requests
Search: Use the search bar at the top of the page to find specific team members by name.
Approve a Request:
Locate the team member's request in the list.
Click the Approve button to grant access to the platform.
Reject a Request:
Locate the team member's request in the list.
Click the Reject button to deny access to the platform.
Once a request is approved or rejected, the status will update accordingly.
