Understanding the dynamics of what drives conversions in your customer relationship management (CRM) system can be a game-changer for your business.

Our tool is designed to simplify this process by providing you with a detailed pattern summary of various combinations generated daily.

This guide will walk you through how to access and utilize these insights effectively.

Accessing the Pattern Summary

The Pattern Summary gives you an overview of the daily combinations that influence conversions.

This summary is visually represented on the right side of your dashboard through cards.

These cards are categorized based on the combination's effectiveness in driving conversions, making it easier for you to identify what's working best.

Step 1: Navigating to the Summary Table

Upon logging into your dashboard, locate the Summary Table. You'll notice cards on the right side of this table.

These cards are your gateway to understanding the different combinations your CRM has been processing.

Step 2: Understanding the Cards

Each card provides a high-level summary of combinations, showcasing the pattern summary for a clear comprehension of your CRM's performance. This visual aid is designed to make complex data easily understandable at a glance.

Customizing CRM Mapping

Your business is unique, and so are your CRM mapping needs. Customizing the CRM mapping allows you to set specific success and failure conditions tailored to your business goals.

Step 1: Editing CRM Mapping

Look for the 'Edit' button—this is where you can modify your CRM mapping. Clicking this button will open a new window where you can set your conditions.

Step 2: Setting Success and Failure Conditions

In the editing window, you can create customized success or failure conditions. Add as many rules as you need to define what success and failure look like for your business. This step is crucial for tailoring the CRM's analysis to your specific objectives.

Analyzing Conversion Details

Understanding the specifics behind what drives conversions is crucial. The top cards on your dashboard not only show the converted count but also detail the combinations leading to these successes.

Step 1: Viewing Conversion Details

Click on any of the top cards to expand a tabular column beneath it. This table provides an in-depth look at the combinations contributing to conversions, offering you insights into what strategies are paying off.

Step 2: Customizing Data View

For enhanced readability and analysis, you have the flexibility to hide/unhide or move fields within the tabular column. This customization allows you to focus on the data most relevant to your analysis, aiding in better decision-making.

Leveraging the pattern summary and optimizing CRM combinations can significantly impact your business's conversion rates.

By following these steps, you can gain a deeper understanding of your CRM's performance, customize your CRM mapping to fit your business needs and delve into the details of what drives conversions.

Remember, the key to leveraging any tool effectively lies in understanding how to use its features to your advantage.
