Why Filter Alerts by Trends?

Efficiently managing and responding to data trends is essential. This guide helps you do just that using our platform's Alerts module.

Step 1: Access Alerts

1. Navigate to the 'Alerts' section.

This is where all system-generated alerts are centralized.

Step 2: Using the 'Trends' Filter

Locating the Filter Panel

Within the Alerts module, find the 'Trends' field in the filter panel at the top of the page. This panel helps narrow down alerts by trend type.

Step 3: Selecting Trend Types

Options Available:

- Positive Trends: Displayed with an upward green arrow, these signify positive changes.

- Negative Trends: Identified by a downward red arrow, these highlight negative changes.

- Amber Alerts: Denoted by the color amber, these may require further investigation.

To view all trends, click 'All' for a comprehensive overview.

Viewing Specific Trends

Refining Your Monitoring:

- For Positive Trends: Click the upward green arrow to see all positive alerts.

- For Negative Trends: Click the downward red arrow to view negative alerts.

- For Amber Alerts: Select the 'Amber' icon to list conditional alerts.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage alerts based on trend types within the Alerts module.

This feature streamlines your alert management, ensuring you focus on the most relevant issues affecting your data and operations.
