Settings
Click the 'Notifications' tab to permit the system to send notifications to the User's choice of communication medium.
This feature of adding notification channels must be enabled by the admin only.
Notifications - The notifications tab hosts various groups and platforms for the User to receive notifications only the admin may add.
Default Notification Group is created during Tenant user creation. This group can only be Edited and not Deleted.
Group name - The group name column is the title given to diverse platforms with an identified trend. The channels integrated by the admin are available here. While creating a group, the User can include the Platform for which they would like to receive notifications.
Platforms - Revlitix product provides you with four platforms to receive notifications. These platforms must be enabled using this icon described in point 5.
Time with the Time Zone - The users will receive the notifications at the time mentioned here, based on the time zone. The admin can edit time specifications at any time.
Edit button: Click the button mentioned below to edit the notification settings.
For instance, click the icon against a group name. The notification card of the particular group name will appear as shown below:
A. Notification Name - The User must provide a name for the notification group.
B. Notification status - Click the toggle button to enable the notification settings.
If the User is unwilling to receive any notifications for some time, they may turn off the toggle button.
C. Trends - Click one from the array of choices, namely 'All,' if the User wants to receive notifications for all sorts of alerts.
Click to receive notifications for this particular channel for upward or positive alerts.
Click to receive notifications for the specific channel when there is an alert for a downward trend.
Click to obtain conditional alerts to the Platform subscribed for.
Time and the Time Zone: The User can choose to receive the notifications at the time from the choice listed in the 'Select time' field and the timezone from the 'Select timezone' field.
The User will start receiving notifications daily at the specified time.
Also, the User can edit the mentioned time and the timezone by editing the Notification details.
Click 'Delete' from the drop-down to remove the specific Platform. The User will not receive any more notifications on this channel.
Add more platforms
Users can add multiple platforms to get alert notifications. Click this button to add one more Platform.
Deleting a platform
By clicking this icon, the admin can delete the Platform added for receiving Notifications.
