Signals come with two statuses: Open and Worked.
- Open: Signals are generated to notify you about rule breaches.
- Worked: When you act on a signal, such as creating or dismissing a task, it moves to this status.
Steps to Change Signal Status
Follow these simple steps to manage your signals efficiently:
Step 1:Open the Signal
- Click on the specific Signal from the overview page to view its details.
Step 2: Take Action
- Perform any of the following actions:
- Convert Signal to Task
- Snooze the Signal
- Click the Signal's details page drop-down to change the status from 'Open' to 'Worked.'
Step 3: Signal Status Update
- After taking action, the Signal will automatically move from Open to Worked status.
Step 4: Restore Snooze or Dismiss
- If you restore a snoozed or dismissed Signal, it will revert to the Open status.
