How to Use the Sales Analytics Module

The Sales Analytics module empowers organizations with valuable insights, a deeper understanding of top-performing combinations, and effective goal management. This module identifies the root causes of persisting problems and offers impeccable solutions to resolve them.

Understanding Sales Performance

The Sales Analytics module uses data analytics to comprehensively understand sales performance across different organizational levels, including individual sales representatives and teams.

Enhancing Oversight of Sales Teams and Organizational Growth

The module helps managers and senior leaders monitor team performance by evaluating various metrics. Senior management can assess team performance and track the organization's progress by creating a centralized workspace across different geographies and industry verticals.

Optimizing Sales Strategies with Data-Driven Decisions

The Sales Analytics module prepares organizations for data-driven decision-making, optimizing sales strategies for maximum effectiveness and profitability.

Setting Up Users and Teams

The Settings page allows the creation of Users and Teams and the configuration of sales roles. Users can be added by entering their Name, Email, department, role, and access level. These details can be edited at any time. User roles are based on their department, either Sales or Marketing.

Creating Users and Teams from the Settings Page

1. Add Users: Enter name, role, department, and access level. Sales roles include SDR, Account Executive, Manager, and Leader. Marketing roles include Analyst, Agency, Manager, and Leader.

2. Create Teams: Enter the team name and department. Then, add users to the team based on their department.

3. Edit Details: Users can edit details of specific Users and Teams as needed.

4. Sales Config User Mapping: This is essential after selecting metrics.

Analysis by Levels

The module offers analysis at three levels:

1. Representative

2. Teams

3. Organization

Segments for Each Level

- Insights

- Patterns

- Goal Tracker

- Planner

- Benchmark

Insights

With the configuration details provided by Users, the Revlitix team offers insights at various team levels. An AI summary is available with a click of the Summary icon for each Insight, aiding in strategic decision-making.

Patterns

Analysis is available at the Representative, Team, and Workspace levels. Each widget in this segment indicates a combination of patterns. Users can:

- Edit patterns

- View analysis based on relevance

- Click each widget to see summary and combination details

- Edit, delete, or set each pattern as the default on the listing page

Goal Tracker

This segment involves comparing metrics and tracking performance. Users can:

- Set goals and configure them relevant to metrics

- Edit or delete set configurations from the listing page

Planner

Users can track pipeline values for the mentioned revenue. The planner can be categorized according to different categories.

Benchmark

This segment includes Multi-line charts and vertical and horizontal bar charts, helping to compare and track performance at different levels:

- Representative Level: Compare with past performance, other representatives, other teams, and the organization.

- Team Level: Compare with past performance, other teams, workspaces, and the organization.

- Workspace Level: Compare with past performance, other teams, and the organization.

Folder Creation

  • Private and Public Folders

    • Cannot be renamed and are specific to the User.

    • Users can create multiple folders to organize analyses.

Creating an Analysis

Every analysis must be categorized under a Folder for easy tracking and organization.
