Benchmark in Sales Analytics

The Sales Analytics benchmark feature is invaluable for comparing sales representatives against others, their teams, or the entire workspace.

This functionality helps identify top performers, uncover potential areas for improvement, and foster a competitive, data-driven sales culture. Here are some ways to use the Benchmark tool effectively.

Step 1: Go to Sales Analytics

Begin by accessing the Sales Analytics section, where you can use the Benchmark tool, among other features.

Log In and Navigate: Ensure you are logged into your account with the necessary permissions to access and use the Benchmark feature in Sales Analytics. Click on the 'Sales Analytics' on your dashboard, which might be located in the main menu.

Step 2: Click on Benchmark

Navigate to the Benchmark section to start comparing performances.

Access Benchmark: In the Sales Analytics dashboard, find and click on the 'Benchmark' option' This takes you to the section where you can view and manage benchmarks.

Step 3: Get an Option to Add Benchmark to Create Your Own Widget

If you need a specific comparison that isn’t set up, you have the option to create your own benchmark.

Add Benchmark: If your benchmark has not already been provided, you will see an option to add it. This allows you to create a custom Benchmark widget tailored to your specific requirements for performance comparison.

Step 4: Click on Options to Edit Config or Delete the Benchmark Card

Manage your benchmarks by editing their configurations or deleting unnecessary benchmark cards.

Edit or Delete Benchmark: Click on 'Options' next to any benchmark to edit its configuration or delete it. This allows you to customize how you compare different sales metrics or remove irrelevant benchmarks.
