Managing who can view and modify your sales data is crucial for maintaining its confidentiality and integrity. This guide will walk you through setting access controls in Sales Analytics to ensure that your data is shared appropriately.

Step 1: Navigate to Sales Analytics

  • Log In: Access your Revlitix account. Ensure you have the necessary permissions to modify access settings.​

  • Access Sales Analytics: Locate the Sales Analytics option on your dashboard. This may be directly on the navigation bar or within a sidebar.

Step 2: Choose Access Level

  • Determine Access: As an Admin, decide the level of access each user should have for the analytics.​

  • Select Access Level: Choose the appropriate access level based on the user's role:

  • Click 'Customize'

  • Read: Users can only view the analytics.​

  • Write: Users can view and edit the analytics but cannot delete them or the folders.​

  • Delete: Users can view, edit, and delete the analytics and folders.

By following these steps, you can effectively control access to your Sales Analytics, ensuring that your data is only available to the right people.

This helps maintain data security and organizational privacy while allowing for necessary transparency and collaboration where needed.​
