Sales Analytics provides various functions to manage and optimize your reports efficiently. Here’s a guide on how to access these functions and what you can do with each option.

Step 1: Go to Sales Analytics

Start by accessing the Sales Analytics section to manage your reports.

Navigate to Sales Analytics: Click on the 'Sales Analytics' option on your dashboard. It might be located in the main menu or a sidebar.

Step 2: View All Analytics

To perform any operations, you need to view all the analytics available.

Click on 'View All Analytics': In the Sales Analytics section, find and click on the 'View All Analytics' button or link. This will display all the reports you can access.

Step 3: Click on Options

Locate the report you wish to manage and access additional options.

Find 'Options': Next to the report you want to manage, click on the 'Options' button or icon. This might appear as three dots.

Step 4: Perform Various Functions

From the options menu, you can perform several functions to manage your report. Here are the actions you can take:

  1. Edit: Click on 'Edit' to modify the report. You can change the name, metrics, date range, and other settings.

  2. Share: Select 'Share' to distribute the report to other users or groups within your organization. You can set permissions and decide how others can interact with the report.

  3. Move: Use 'Move' to relocate the report to another folder or section. This helps in organizing your reports better.

  4. Delete: Choose 'Delete' to remove the report permanently. Confirm this action to prevent accidental deletions.

By understanding and utilizing these functions, you can effectively manage your Sales Analytics reports, making sure they are organized, up-to-date, and accessible to the right people in your organization.
