Revlitix's Sales Analytics offers various functions to manage and optimize your reports efficiently. This guide outlines how to access these functions and what actions you can perform on your reports.​

Accessing Sales Analytics Reports

Step 1 : Navigate to Sales Analytics

  • Click on the Sales Analytics option on your dashboard.​

Step 2: View All Analytics

  • Click on View All Analytics to display all the reports you can access.

Step 3: Click on Options

Locate the report you wish to manage and access additional options.

Find 'Options': Next to the report you want to manage, click on the 'Options' button or icon. This might appear as three dots.

Step 4: Perform Various Functions

From the options menu, you can perform several functions to manage your report. Here are the actions you can take:

  1. Edit:

    • Modify the report's name, metrics, date range, and other settings to keep it up-to-date.​

  2. Share:

    • Distribute the report to other users or groups within your organization.

    • Set permissions to control how others can interact with the report.​

  3. Move:

    • Relocate the report to another folder or section to better organize your reports.​

  4. Delete:

    • Remove the report permanently.

    • Ensure to confirm this action to prevent accidental deletions.
