How to View the Grand Total in Tabular Charts
Easily check the grand total of all value fields in your tabular charts by following these simple steps.
Step 1: Locate the 'Show Total' Field
To begin, open the tabular chart you want to analyze.
Open Your Tabular Chart: Navigate to the tabular chart you wish to view.
Find the 'Show Total' Field: The 'Show Total' field is located in the right corner of the chart.
Step 2: Enable the Grand Total
Next, enable the grand total to view the sum of all value fields.
Check the Box: Click on the checkbox next to the 'Show Total' field to display the grand total.
View the Total: The grand total will now be displayed in your chart.
Step 3: Disable the Grand Total (If Needed)
If you wish to remove the grand total from the chart, simply uncheck the box.
Uncheck the Box: Click on the checkbox next to the 'Show Total' field again to remove the grand total.
Total Removed: The grand total will no longer be displayed in your chart.
