Follow this step-by-step guide to effortlessly navigate our platform and customize your funnel breakdown report using the available features.
Getting Started: Accessing the Reports Module
To kickstart your funnel breakdown report, follow these initial steps:
Navigate to Reports: Find the Reports module within our platform. This serves as your gateway to data visualization.
Initiate a New Report: Look for the 'New Report' button at your screen's top right corner. Clicking on it will create a new report, allowing you to add widgets, including tabular charts.
Adding Your Tabular Chart Widget
Creating your tabular chart involves a series of straightforward steps:
Step 1: Assign a name to your report for future reference.
Step 2: Select 'Add your widgets' to view the widget options available for your report.
Step 3: At this juncture, you can customize a widget based on your preferences. You can either select from your previously saved templates or choose from the templates provided by our platform.
Customizing Your Tabular Chart
Step 4: For Widget Type, select 'Tabular Chart' and enter a description that best suits your analysis needs.
Step 5: Specify the Channel name where you wish the Tabular Chart to be showcased.
Step 6: Identify the Object for which the chart will be constructed.
Step 7: Set the Time Range for the data you're analyzing.
Step 8: Utilize the 'Date' selection from the 'Date Field' to align with your time frame.
Configuring Columns for Your Tabular Chart
Step 9: The critical step in crafting your tabular chart is to select the columns. This involves choosing the Dimensions and Metrics specific to your Channel, which will form the foundation of your funnel breakdown report.
Users can choose a maximum of 9 dimensions for GA4 and 12 for other charts.
Step 10: Add the metrics to compute the weighted average.
Step 11: Add Metrics to compute Delta.
Check the box against 'Show Delta' to see the values in the Tabular chart.
Also, selecting the Previous Value check box creates a new column with the values in the tabular chart.
Step 12: Advanced Settings
Exclude Data
Check the Weekends box to exclude weekend data from being plotted on the chart.
Save as Template
Select the' Save Template' option to use your configuration in the future.
Finalizing Your Tabular Chart
Click the 'Create Widget' button to finalize and embed your tabular chart within your report. Your new Tabular Chart is now accessible under the Reports section of our platform.
