How to Add Stacked Percentage to a Report ?

Introduction

Stacked percentage metrics in Revlitix allow you to visualize KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) using weighted averages and delta percentages, offering a clearer picture of your data trends. Follow these steps to set up stacked percentage metrics and customize your report for better insights.

Steps for Setting Up Stacked Percentage Metrics

Step 1: Access and Edit the Report

Go to the Reports section and click on Edit Report for the report where you want to set up stacked percentage metrics.

Step 2: Edit the Widget

In the report, click on Edit for the specific widget you want to modify.

Step 3: Show Weighted Average [ Percentage value distribution across the widget]

To calculate a weighted average for a KPI:

  • Click on Show Weighted Average.

Step 4: Select KPIs for Weighted Average

Select the KPIs you want to include in the weighted average calculation.

Step 5: Show Delta Percentage [Comparison of current value with previous value]

For calculating the delta percentage (the change in a KPI over time):

  • Click on Show Delta.

Step 6: Select KPIs for Delta Percentage

Choose the KPIs you want to use for calculating the delta percentage.

Step 7: Preview Results

You should now see the weighted averages and delta percentages, along with their respective icons, in the preview section of the report.

Step 8: Save the Widget

Once you're satisfied with the setup, click on Save Widget to complete the process.

Conclusion

By using weighted averages and delta percentages in Revlitix, you can get more granular insights into your KPIs, making it easier to track changes and trends over time. Setting up stacked percentage metrics allows you to quickly compare performance across different KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
