Homepage (Cash Register)

Sometimes, you may need to monitor the collected amounts in a cash register directly, whether to verify daily sales targets, review collected amounts, ensure they match invoices before closing the drawer, or reconcile funds collected by employees. The Rewaa homepage provides easy access to cash register details.

Accessing Cash Register

  1. Go to Homepage.

  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the register section.

  • All cash registers , whether open or closed, will be displayed.

  • If you have multiple branches, use the Branches field to select the desired branch.

Available Data for Each Cash Register

  1. Cash Register Name

  2. Status (Open or Closed)

  3. Username of the person who opened the drawer

  4. Opening Time and Date (or closing time and date if the drawer is closed)

  5. Total Collected Amount

To view details of the collected amounts, click Collected Amounts. All activated payment methods for the drawer and the respective amounts collected through each will be displayed.

1. Can I close a cash register from the homepage?

No, closing a cash drawer must be done through:

  • Sales and Customers > Point of Sale. Click here for more details.

2. Why do payment methods differ between cash registers?

Rewaa allows you to enable different payment methods for each cash register. You can add or remove payment methods based on your needs for each drawer. Click here for more details.

3. Can I set user permissions to access the cash register on the homepage without accessing other data?

Yes, follow these steps:

  • Go to Settings > Users > Edit User.

  • Navigate to User Permissions > Dashboard and enable Register Chart.

  • Click Save Custom User.

The permission will apply to the selected user account.

4. How can I view details of the cash register for previous days?

To view details of previous cash register, go to:

  • Sales and Customers > Cash Management
