Rewaa enables seamless integration of all your sales channels into a single interface, allowing you to manage branch inventory and synchronize it with your online store. This helps minimize errors related to inventory depletion. Rewaa supports integration with major e-commerce platforms, including Salla, Zid. Below is a guide on how to install and integrate with the Salla platform.
Prerequisites for Integrating Salla with Rewaa
An active Salla online store that has not been previously linked with Rewaa.
Salla Pro subscription plan.
Integration is limited to one location. You must choose a single branch on Rewaa to sync inventory with your Salla store.

⚠️ Ensure the following before integration if your products already exist on Salla:
Ensure SKU Alignment:
The SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) for products on both platforms must match. Any mismatch can cause synchronization issues.
Verify Pricing:
Ensure product prices are available in your Salla store.
Ensure cost prices are available in your Rewaa account.
Variants:
For products with variants, ensure each variant has a matching SKU on both platforms (e.g., a product with color options: red, blue, and green must have matching SKUs for each color on both platforms).
⚠️ Rewaa supports transactions only in SAR (Saudi Riyals). Orders in other currencies will not be converted. For example, If you receive an order from another e-commerce platform for 6 KWD, it will be imported into Rewaa as 6 SAR without currency conversion.
ℹ️ Choose Low-Traffic Times:
Schedule the integration process during times with minimal order activity on Salla (e.g., early mornings) to ensure accurate synchronization.
Steps for Integration
Step 1: Verify Tax Settings on Both Platforms
⚠️ Ensure tax settings are identical on both platforms for accurate order pricing.
On Rewaa:
Go to Settings > Configuration > Sell Tax Status. Set the tax status based on your business requirements.
On Salla:
Go to Store Settings > Advanced Settings > Tax Setup.
Ensure the VAT settings match.
ℹ️ Ensure you have entered your VAT number on Salla for proper activation.
ℹ️ Shipping fees and VAT are reflected on Rewaa when an order is received.
ℹ️ Shipping fees are reflected as sales in Rewaa and can be manually added as an expense.
Step 2: Install the Salla Application
Navigate to: Applications > Available Apps > Salla and click Install.
Click Connect Salla account.
Enter your Salla account email and password, then click Login.
Grant authorization by clicking Allow to proceed.
⚠️ Clicking Deny will cancel the integration process.
Choose the location on Rewaa to sync inventory with Salla. Click Next.
Click Link & Install.
ℹ️ Once linked, product inventory from Rewaa will sync directly with Salla for matching SKUs.
Wait for the synchronization to complete. This may take a few minutes depending on the number of products.
Once synchronization is complete, click Finish.
Managing Products
Navigate to: Applications > My Apps > Salla.
Click Product Management to verify the product status.
Product Statuses
Linked: SKU matches on both platforms, and the product inventory is synced.
Unlinked: SKU matches but the product is not linked. Click Link to sync the inventory.
Not Found: SKU does not exist on Rewaa. Add the product in Rewaa’s inventory to enable linking.

1. How can I verify a product's SKU before integration?
On Rewaa: Go to Products & Inventory > Products > Product Name > Main Information > SKU.
On Salla: Go to Products > Product Data > Storage Code.
2. What should I do if product SKUs differ between platforms?
Update the SKU on one platform to match the other, then manually link the product via: Applications > My Apps > Manage Products > Product Name > Link.
3. How do I ensure product and inventory synchronization post-integration?
Navigate to:Applications > My Apps > Product Management.
Check product status under the Status column.
4. Can batch-tracked, serial-tracked, or digital products be linked with Salla?
No, Rewaa currently does not support linking these product types with Salla. Submit your suggestions here.
5. Does a new product added in Rewaa sync automatically to Salla?
No, you need to click Publish Product to sync it to Zid. Learn more here.
6. How can I sync a new product added to Salla with Rewaa?
Use the Sync Data option. Wait a few minutes, and the product will appear under Manage Products.
7. What if variable products don’t appear in Rewaa after being added to Salla?
Ensure SKUs for all variants are correctly entered on Salla.
Go to Products, click Options & Quantity.
Scroll to the bottom of the page under Variant Details, then click the (+) icon next to the variant name.
Make sure to add the SKU in the SKU field.
Go to Rewaa, click Sync, and once the sync is complete, search for the product in Product Management.
